this was my second year participating and i have to say, i still enjoy it. some people are really stressed out about trying to please their remixee or have trouble "giving up" their fics to some rando but idk i'm fine with all of it. i love variety and getting random with it. shoutout to the ppl i've interacted with so far bc of it, there's only a few of y'all but you're very sweet and encouraging <3 you can find the writing log where i went into detail about my thoughts & process & the fic that came out of it all (Anything He Wants) here :]

as of now this is still under anon but this was my first ao3 post in 2022 and my 3rd cix fic posted!! i don't wanna get into it but after i fell out with a certain person in the fandom/ficdom it was really hard for me to commit to and finish any cix ideas. but i'm cool now! i'm considering writing more for this au since this shows the beginning of hyunsuk's work with the collective. the concept for this fic was pretty random, just an idea inspired by sh's messages about his vlog with hs. tbh i was surprised at how ppl received it, there was interest right away :') i'm not particularly a hunsukist myself but since 2020 i haven't discriminated against any cix ship, it's all fine and good to me. i'm always self-conscious when i put out porn but if this au goes on it should get nastier. i would like it to, it feels right.

my first ever cravity fic. minhee/woobin intrigues me for reasons even i'm not entirely sure of. at the time i wrote it, winterz was kinda in a slump or whatever but since then i've seen more from them and learned even more about their dynamic so. could i revisit them in the future? anything is possible. i had another idea right after i was done w this that is on the serious side but i wanna remind myself that they can also be silly!! also this ended up being my token songfic of the year!! go listen to the marias, they're one of my fav artists!!!!

this is my second ficmix fic! it was a bit of a challenge for me to write but i'm always glad to contribute and indulge in more suncob. here's the writing log where i talked about it and my thought/writing process. i do feel that i could've done better as my time management was worse than i thought but nonetheless it makes me happy that my remixee (ao3 user Bazzys) enjoyed it <3
it's insane to me that i only posted four things in a year, with one of them being a very short drabble. this was definitely my smallest year in terms of posting. i'm a little disappointed that i couldn't finish anything sooner since i have sooo many wips, but i'm satisfied because i know i continued to engage with them over the year and if i keep with them then 2023 is gonna be a bigger year within like,, 4 months. [stares at the selmsong]

never did i imagine i'd be working on a fic for more than 1 year without posting part of it. some of these wips could be broken into chapters, but in my head that's not how they're broken up so we'll see...overall i'm impressed with how many i carried over! obviously i'm trying to stay committed and focused on ones i really like. in 2022 i think i succeeded at curbing my urge to start a bunch of ideas. it even seems like i had less ideas than in 2021 if i go by my writing logs (random one-off tweets that i don't rmbr til later are a different story...)
